4. Remuneration indications by country of cable retransmission:

• A = Automatic remuneration
  Broadcasts on these channels will automatically be remunerated provided you have declared the work/title at AGICOA.

• AC = Automatic collection
  AGICOA collects for you directly and automatically at the related National Collecting Society. Broadcasts on these channels will automatically be remunerated provided you have declared the work/title at AGICOA.

• R = Remuneration on request submitted by the rightsholder.
  These related channels, which generated limited royalties, are remunerated only upon a specific request from the rightsholder and provided the work/title has been declared at AGICOA. The demand must explicitly provide AGICOA with the following information: broadcast channel, date, time, duration and title of the broadcast claimed.

• FD = Final distribution. Distribution has been fully completed.
  Generally three years after the first distribution, funds never claimed are distributed on a pro rata basis to the Rightsholders who have already received prior payments, for the territory and period concerned.From this moment, there is no possibility to claim payment for that territory and period. Only money blocked in relation to pending conflicts will be distributed after resolution.
  • FDA: If you were entitled to it, the related amount has been automatically paid to you.
  • FDR: If you were entitled to it and claimed it, the related amount has been paid to you.
