Global royalties’ collection

AGICOA negotiates license agreements with operators, to authorize them using audiovisual works in exchange for a royalty payment to producers. AGICOA enforces these agreements on behalf of its rightsholders and ensures a streamlined process of royalty collection and distribution.

Collection may be conducted either:

• directly by AGICOA,
• or through the AGICOA Alliance members,
• or via other AGICOA external partners (mainly other collective management organizations).

AGICOA, its Alliance members and partner organizations are active around the globe by effectively collecting royalties for you and/or by taking the necessary steps to defend your rights. Check out the countries in which we act!
