The royalties payable to you are calculated on the basis of
non-discriminatory, objective criteria such as the duration
of the work.
Are remunerated automatically
for cable retransmission, if the related work has been declared
with AGICOA:
For broadcast year 2005 and the following ones:
- Audiovisual works of 1
minute or more, broadcasted for which allocated royalties are sufficient for
automatic distribution.
For broadcast year 2004 and the preceding ones:
- Audiovisual works of 6
minutes or more, broadcasted for which allocated royalties are sufficient for
automatic distribution.
Once a broadcast has been identified (i.e. if it matches
with a work registered with AGICOA), the remuneration generated
by the retransmission is calculated.
Payments are done via international bank transfer only, in
the national currencies of the country of collection.
Remunerations which do not amount to at least EURO 65 are
not distributed.
